The Hormone Lie: Why ”Eat Less, Move More” Stopped Working

In order to release the weight we need to calm the nervous system, fuel our bodies not starve, exercise in a way that supports hormones rather than adding stress, and change our inner dialogue.

Identify the underlying emotion behind the trigger.
Determine the last time(s) you felt this way.
Trace it back to the first time you can remember feeling this way.
Identify the beliefs you adopted as a result of the past incident.
Create new beliefs.
Forgive and release.
