#53 Five Myths about Weightlifting
There are so many myths about weightlifting floating around out there. I believed so many myths about weightlifting for years and they kept me from trying it. I don’t want that to happen to you, so today I am dispelling five of the myths about weightlifting. Five of the myths I hear and also used to believe are:
- Weightlifting makes you bulky.
- Spot training or targeting specific areas.
- You must work out every day to get results.
- You must work out for hours to get results.
- You can’t get good results unless you go to the gym.
